Father of the Year

Yesterday, I watched a father chain his bike to a gate in Central Park then walk to a nearby drink stand to relax.
Clearly this man wanted to make sure his prized possession was not stolen.

However, after seeing a picture of the bike below, you have to question his levels of priorities.
